WHAT IS KUNDALINI?---
07 FACTS;--
1-Kundalini is often referred to as the sleeping serpent at the base of the spine. Some say the word means ‘coiled’, and the kundalini is represented as a serpent coiled three and a half times in the muladhara, the base chakra, an energy centre, the first of seven chakra’s that are of a spiritual nature, rather than physical.
2-Another less known term for kundalini is ‘pit’ or ‘bowel’. The terminology is irrelevant. The kundalini Herself, could be referred to as an unconscious, instinctive or libidinal force, awakened by an individual usually from mantra jap, pranayam, righteous living, prayer and meditation, or sometimes awakened by an accident, a severe blow to the base of the spine. 3- A kundalini awakening could be described as a spiritual orgasm, yet it is an experience 100 or 1,000 times more powerful than a physical orgasm, and it can last for hours, and in some cases it can become permanent. Again these things are far beyond words. Most of us know what a rose smells like. Try to describe it to someone, it is impossible.
4-In the yogic culture, the snake is a symbolism for kundalini – the unmanifest energy within you. The nature of kundalini is such that when it is still, you do not even know it exists. Only when it moves, you realize there is so much power within you. Till it moves it is almost non-existent. Because of this, kundalini is symbolized as a snake because a coiled-up snake is so hard to see unless it moves. Similarly, you do not see this coiled-up energy unless it moves. If your kundalini is aroused, miraculous things that you cannot believe possible will happen with you.
5-The third eye does not mean someone’s forehead has cracked and something came out. It simply means another dimension of perception has opened up. The two eyes can see only that which is physical. If we just cover them with our hand, we cannot look beyond that. That is how limited they are. If the third eye has opened, it means another dimension of perception which is inward looking, which looks at life completely differently, has opened up and everything that can be perceived is perceived.
6-Heightened states of energy are also heightened states of perception. The whole yogic system is aimed only towards enhancing our perception. A spiritual process essentially means just that – to enhance our perception. Because we know only what we perceive. This is the reason for the symbolism of Shiva and a snake. It indicates that his energies have reached the peak. His energies have reached the top of his head and so his third eye has opened. 7-Kundalini awakening and the illumination it brings can only be experienced. It is an inner divine experience, beyond the reach of speech and mind. However, now it is open knowledge that from a method called Shaktipat, kundalini can be activated, quickly and safely------BUT ONLY INITIATION.A GUIDE CAN EXPLAIN THE WAY ONLY, A SADHAK HAS TO MOVE FORWARD, & FIND THE DESTINATION....
WHAT IS KUNDALINI AWAKENING?---
04 FACTS;-
1-A full Kundalini Awakening is a specific energetic experience that means all of the knots and issues of the psyche have been resolved. It’s extraordinarily rare. Most people who experience some type of energetic experience are not experiencing a full awakening, but the beginnings of the movement of Kundalini in the body.
2-People can have an energy shift that awakens level of perceptions that activate the chakras for awhile. They can move into some strange modes of behaviour. The real full-on Kundalini Awakening experience is a surge of energy coming from mulhadara up the back of the spine, over the top of the head and culminating in the forehead. The whole system has awakened.
3-Regardless, Kundalini Awakening – whether a full experience or the beginnings of movement – is the awakening of Kundalini energy, which resides at the base of the spine. The energy begins to move up the spine in some way, shape or form.
4-This awakening of energy has nothing to do with a person’s culture, religion, or country of origin. While the experience is general described in yogic texts, it’s also known of and referred to in other spiritual traditions. It is the natural evolution of the human being, awakening to higher levels of consciousness.

09 FACTS;- 1-Definition of Brahman or God in Hinduism ... Brahman of Hinduism is beyond the God concept. God in Christianity has attributes, e.g. God is good, God is the heavenly Father, etc. But Brahman is attributeless.
2-Brahman is defined by three words in the Upanisads. Sat, Chit, and Anand are the three words that define Brahman. Combinedly, Brahman is referred to as Satchidananda (Sat+Chit+Anand). 3-Sat - Existence: Brahman only exists. Nothing else exists. The world is merely a projection like the idea of a snake projected upon a piece of rope. The idea of a world is similarly projected upon the Brahman by its own supreme potency Maha Maya. Therefore, the worldly phenomena do not have a true existence without Brahman just like the waves do not have a true existence without the ocean.
3-The only substance that truly exists is Brahman. It is the only Truth. Everything else is nonTruth. The idea of I, you, trees, space, time, etc. are mere ideas made of Brahman alone. 4-Maha Maya is the creative potency of the Brahman. Maha Maya is the projective power of consciousness similar to subconscious thoughts projected as dream stuff. Because the entire creation is contained within Maha Maya, the entire universe is referred to as the womb of Maha Maya in which all things are conceived by the Supreme Consciousness or Brahman. They are one and the same. Maha Maya is integral to Brahman. The Maha Maya aspect of the Brahman is worshipped as the Divine Mother. 5-CHID - Consciousness or Awareness-- Brahman is the only thing that exists. The natural question comes to mind is if it exists, then what is it? The Upanisads declare that it is Consciousness or Awareness. What is awareness? Well if you close your eyes, you still feel that you are aware of yourself, that you exist. That is awareness. It is of very subtle nature. Brahman is nothing but that Supreme Awareness.
6-Brahman is the only Substance that exists and that Substance is Awareness. Everything is made up of consciousness or awareness. Awareness is modified to take various forms under the influence of Mula Prakriti or Maha Maya, which causes things to exist when in essence they do not. 7-ANANDA-- Absolute Bliss/ Beyond Duality-- Absolute bliss is said to be neither sorrow nor happiness. It is the ecstacy generated from cessation of all thoughts. It is the quietude experienced when modifications in the mind are quietened. This is the joy experienced when there is nothing remains to be gained or nothing is lost.
8-Brahman is beyond all forms of dualities. It is neither pleasure nor pain. It is neither joy nor sorrow. It is neither light nor darkness. It is beyond all names and forms. It has no attributes. It is formless. It is timeless. It is Bliss Absolute beyond all these modifications. It is supreme oneness. It has nothing else but Itself.
9-Ananda (attributelessness) is the attribute of the attributeless Brahman. It is because of the Ananda aspect of the Brahman, all creations are incessantly seeking love and happiness. Ananda is the source of all happiness, source of all worldly joy. In summary, Brahman is and nothing else is. It is of the form awareness. It is pure bliss and beyond duality. The three words Sat, Cit, and Ananda completely define the supreme reality which we call Brahman.
