According to Hindu calender year, Navaratri is celebrated four times in a year: 1. Chaitra or Basant Navaratri 2. Ashadh or Varsha Ritu Navaratri 3. Aswin or Sharadiya Navaratri 4. Magh or Sishir Navaratri These are further divided into Prakat or Open Navaratri and Gupt or Secret Navaratri. From the above mentioned Navaratri, Chaitra and Aswin are Prakat Navaratri; while Ashadh and Magh Navaratri are called Gupt Navaratri. WHAT IS GUPT NAVARATRI?- Gupt Navaratri is very powerful and yield quick results, if any one chants either of these mantras with specific purposes secretly. Rules are simple. A person has to perform a 'Panchopar Puja' before Goddess MAHAVIDHYA and communicate one's wishes and surrender oneself totally. Chant the mantras at least 108 times before an earthen lamp. Recitations of mantra can be done from either of these Holy Navaratri days. Devathan/Prabodhoni Ekadashi. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF GUPTA NAVRATRI?- ‘Gupt’ means secret or hidden. Hence, secret Navratri is that time in a year where everything is performed secretly and prayers are offered to Maa MAHAVIDHYA very privately. But, this secret worship brings results, a million times for the people who observe it. Before, we move forward to know the rituals for Gupt Navratri, lets know what is the real story and significance of observing Gupt Navratri. SIGNIFICANCE OF GUPTA NAVRATRI;-- The real significance of Gupt Navratri can be best known from the people who perform Tantra Vidya. The Gupt Navratri are meant for Gupt Sadhana or hidden worship. Tantriks practice this Puja for the attainment of spiritual powers and emancipation. By reciting the Mantras & worshiping Goddess MAHAVIDHYA during Gupt Navratri, removes all the domestic obstacles and results in prosperity. This Puja is performed to appease Goddess Shakti by the mode of Tantrik Anusthan ... STORY BEHIND GUPTA NAVRATRI;- It is stated in the Hindu texts that Vishwamitra and Vashishta (two tantriks) started doing Sadhana but their efforts went in vain as they were unable to receive the desired perfection. Hence, they found out about the time in the year where they could receive the desired results. The same period in today’s time is known as the Gupt Navratri, where one can secretly perform Puja and receive fruitful results. Since then, these nine days came to be devoted to worshiping Goddess Shakti privately, unlike the other two Navratras observed in the month of Chaitra and Sharda. RITUALS OF GUPTA NAVRATRI;--

Sincere spiritual devotees keep fast on all nine days, or at least once in each of the three three-day periods, by taking milk and fruits only. 9-Gupt Navratri is legendary for all the tantrik puja in some parts of India. This puja is carried out so that Devi becomes delighted and showers her blessings in variety of wealth, knowledge, affluence and constructive energies. Throughout all the nine days Goddess MAHAVIDHYA is worshipped with the chanting of Durga Saptashati Paath. Devotees enumerate the Nivaran Mantra “Aim Hreem kleem chaamundaayai vichche” as many times as possible. Followers either keep fast for all the nine days or three fasts each in the period of three days.. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GODDESS NAVDURGA & DAS MAHAVIDHYA ?IS IT ESSENTIAL TO KNOW ABOUT NUMBERS?-- THE SPIRITUAL MEANING OF ZERO;--

03 FACTS;- 1-Primarily, the spiritual meaning of zero deals with pure potentiality. It is the point from which all other numbers spring forth. Even visually – the number zero is symbolic of the seed, womb or egg from which pure potential emerges. 2-What is the largest number you can think of, no wait, what is the largest number of all? What is the total sum of all numbers? Of course the answer is that there isn't an answer to this question. But let's put it another way. What is the greatest universe of all? What if we imagine all things that exist? Can we at least find a single concept, a simple word, that includes all things combined together into one single whole universe? Is there such a word? Sure, this is easy. 3-Because the zero also visually resembles a circle, this is symbolic of eternity, evolution, infinity. However, due to its numerical value, the zero may also be interpreted as a void – a representation of non-existence, and sometimes death. But, again, our minds wander back to the symbolism of enternity and infinity as well as cycles and rebirth. Consequently we may say there is no real death only another phase of life. IS ZERO THE WHOLE OF ALL NUMBERS?--

04 FACTS;- 1-It is said that the sum of all real numbers is undefined but logicians and mathematicians made a mistake in formulating the rules concerning zero. We tested the hypothesis that all numbers might sum to zero, using a mathematical system where the value of zero is pre-set to be nothing. 2- In ordinary math, all values are relative to zero as nothing, so of course we would discover that all real numbers do not sum to zero. If it were not so, the logical consistency of mathematics would be destroyed. 3- This positive infinity is more a representation of a never ending process; a series of numbers, and not a number itself. Of course the same is true of the infinity of negative numbers. Like the positive side, there isn't a unified sum of all the negative numbers. 4-But what if we combine together all the positive numbers with all the negative numbers? We can write this as an equation. At first it seems like if we try to sum all numbers into a single ultimate number; if we sum all the positive numbers with all negative numbers, then the total combination of all in question would sum up to zero, as shown below. (1 + (-1)) + (2 + (-2)) + (3 + (-3)) +... = 0 + 0 + 0 + ... = 0 ZERO & SCIENCE; --

The biggest challenge to todays physicists is how to reconcile general relativity and quantum mechanics. However, these two pillars of modern science were bound to be incompatible. "The universe of general relativity is a smooth rubber sheet. It is continuous and flowing, never sharp, never pointy. Quantum mechanics, on the other hand, describes a jerky and discontinuous universe. What the two theories have in common -- and what they clash over -- is zero." "The infinite zero of a black hole -- mass crammed into zero space, curving space infinitely -- punches a hole in the smooth rubber sheet. The equations of general relativity cannot deal with the sharpness of zero. In a black hole, space and time are meaningless." NINE NO. IS THE SYMBOL OF POWER / MA SHAKTI; --

09 FACTS;- 1-Nine is the unsurpassable limit, the utmost bound, the ultimate extension to which the archetypal principles of number can reach and manifest themselves in the world. 2-The ancient Greeks called nine “the horizon,” as it lies at the edge of the shore before the boundless ocean of numbers that repeat in endless cycles the principles of the first nine digits. Nothing lies beyond the principles of nine.. 3--The multiplication table shows the divine symmetry bestowed upon the numbers themselves. Mortal men might not have been clever enough to devise a system that works so beautifully. Our base-10 decimal system, encapsulated by the ineffable NINE, and encoded in our natural world, is not a system designed by man, but formulated by the mind of an intelligent creator. 86400 secs/day = 9 3600 secs/hour = 9 604800 secs/week = 9 1440 mins/day = 9 10080 mins/week = 9 25920 years/precesion = 9 525600 minutes/year = 9 4-The 4 Hindu Yugas (ages)--- Satya Yuga 1,728,000 = 9 Treta Yuga 1,296,000 = 9 Dvapara Yuga 864,000 = 9 Kali Yuga 432,000 = 9 5-NINE in Geometry:------ Total Angles of Shapes Triangle 60° x3 180° = 9 Square 90° x4 360° = 9 Pentagon 108° x5 540° = 9 Hexagon 120° x6 360° = 9 Heptagon 128.571° (n/a) Octagon 135° x8 1080° = 9 Nonagon 140° x9 1260°= 9 Decagon 144° x10 3600°= 9 Hendacadon 147.273° (n/a) Dodecagon 150° x12 1800°= 9 6-These numbers and geometries always reduce to NINE because the number of degrees in a circle is 360. Since 360 has a digital root of NINE (3+6+0=9) any number multiplied by it also reduces to NINE. For example: 360 x 4.12 = 1483.2 (1+4+8+3+2=9) 7-Nine is the culmination of all number, the zenith of numeric possibilities that spans across the cosmos and structures the processes and geometries that make up our reality. 8-Among the Ancient Egyptians, Pythagoreans,( Greek philosopher; - sought to interpret the entire physical world in terms of numbers, ) and other ancient Mystery Schools, this almost magical number was germane to their study and understanding of nature. 9-The essence of Nine is a symbol of completion. After nine months in the womb we are ready to visit Earth. When we arrive, we marvel at the beauty of reality and soak up the divine brilliance of love and light, sitting up high on cloud 9. WHAT ARE THE PROPERTIES OF NUMBER 10?-

09 FACTS;- 1-Symbol of the matter in harmony - 4 + 6. Represent the Creator and the creation, 3 + 7, the Trinity resting in the expressed universe. 2-For Pythagoras, 10 was the symbol of the universe and it also expressed the whole of human knowledge. 3-Sum of 5 + 5, the number 10 represents the two opposite current directions of the conscience: involution and evolution. 4-According to H.- P. Blavatsky, the 1 followed by 0 indicates the column and the circle, meaning the principle of the female and male... 5-The zero in the form of circle is a symbol of unit, completing then the meaning of the number 1 to show that the number 10 contains all preceding numbers as a whole contains its parts. 6-Represent the first couple, the marriage: 1 = the man, 0 the egg fertilized by the 1. The ten gives the indication of a spiritual regression since the marriage is a consequence of the fall of the man. 7-The number ten is regarded as the most perfect of numbers, because it contains the Unit that did it all, and the zero, symbol of the matter and the Chaos, of which all came out; it then includes in its figure the created and the non-created, the beginning and the end, the power and the force, the life and the nothing. 8-According to Agrippa, "ten is called the number of all or universal, and the complete number marking the full course of life." Also he attributes to it a sense of totality, the achievement, the return to the unit after the development of the cycle of the first nine numbers. 9-Represent the revelation and the Divine Law. At the Mayas, it represents the end of a cycle and the beginning of another. The ten was regarded as being the number of the life and the death. In China, the cross represents the number 10 - as the totality of the numbers. THE KEY POINTS;-- 1-NUMBER 10 IS THE NUMBER OF TOTALITY----THE UNION OF SHIV & SHAKTI...... 2- NUMBER 9 IS THE NUMBER OF SHAKTI...ALL OF US CAN WORSHIP GODDESS MAA IN OPEN NAVRATRI ..BECAUSE THIS NAVRATRI REPRESENTS ONLY MAA SHAKTI.... 3-GUPTA NAVRATRI IS FOR SADHAKS OF MA DAS MAHA VIDHYA ...MEANS SHIV & SHAKTI ....... 4-.BOTH OF THEM ARE NEVER ALONE.........SO ,,,WHO KNOW THIS FACT,,, THEY WORSHIP BOTH---MEANS OM & SHAKTI///// PINDA & BEEJ ////THE TWO SIDE OF COIN////BRAHAMAN & MAHAMAYA//////THE PERFECT BRAHAMAN/////////THE MAHASHAKTI//////THE ABSOLUTE POWER................. 5- DAS MAHA VIDHYA SADHANA IS ALWAYS WITH HER BHAIRAVA...SADHAK GETS GRACE WITH MOTYHER & FATHER ----BOTH..
