WHAT IS THE FIRST TECHNIQUE OF KUNDALINI AWAKENING MEDITATION OF SAHAJ YOG ( FOR HINDUISM ONLY )

INSTRUCTIONS ( FOR SELF REALIZATION);-

09 FACTS;- 1-You can receive your SELF REALIZATION (connection with your Self) while sitting in front of the photograph of Jagatmata ( MA TRIPURSUNDARI ). The only condition is your sincere desire to have it. 2-During the experience you will keep your left hand with the palm upwards on your lap and place the right palm on various parts of the body on your left side, while keeping your eyes closed for the entire duration. This way you will be free of distractions and able to keep your attention inside. 3- Taking off your shoes might also help since the Mother Earth sucks all negativity through our feet.. 4-It is everyone's right to achieve this state of ones evolution and everything necessary is already inbuilt. But you have to have the desire to achieve this state, it cannot be forced upon you.. 5-Now, after the end of the meditation, see if you are feeling relaxed and if your thoughts have slowed down or gradually disappeared. This is the first stage of meditation - thoughtless awareness - where you are fully alert but without any thoughts, in a state of pure and peaceful consciousness. 6-Now see if you can feel a sensation of a gentle cool breeze in your palms and above your head. It might be warm in the beginning which is a sign that your Kundalini energy is purifying your chakras, but it will eventually cool down. You can verify it by placing your left palm 6-12 inches above your head, then trying with the right palm. 7-If you are unable to feel it, you have probably not forgiven everyone. Say again from your heart, "Hey OM --HEY JAGATMATA I forgive everyone" a few times and check again if you feel the cool breeze above your head. 8-This is the beginning of a fantastic journey into your own spiritual existence. It is a door opened to a new dimension of your awareness, which you can open and explore.

9-If sustained through regular meditation, you will be able to feel your subtle centers (chakras) as well as the chakras of others on your fingertips, and correct them using your spiritual energy (Kundalini ) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- INSTANT TECHNIQUE OF SAHAJA YOG MEDITATION;-

EXERCISE ONE;- 1-This Self-realization EXERCISE provides you with a simple, first-time experience of Sahaja Yoga Meditation and Kundalini awakening. It takes 2o to 25 minutes to complete this .

If you choose to sit on a chair, place your feet a little apart from each other, without shoes but with asana like carpet etc... Rest your hands palms open and upward on your lap. NOTE;-

10 STEPS;- 1- Go in worship room ------light the deep (lamp ) of cow ghee & incense sticks Or dhoop. 2-Open both your hands towards the photograph of sri yantra (in the mid ),Ma Tripursundari & Shivling with kundalini (coiled three times & hood spreading over shivling ).. 3-OM SRIM ADI SHANKARA NAMAHA....11 TIMES ( YOU ARE FREE TO REPEAT THE NAME OF RISHI WHOM YOU RESPECT) 4-REPEAT OM GAM GANPATYE NAMAHA-----11 TIMES 5-OUR LEFT SIDE REPRESENTS NEGATIVE FORCES & RIGHT SIDE POSITIVE FORCES-------SO MAKE NAMAN TO BOTH OF THEM & ASK POSITIVE FORCES TO HELP ME ..BUT REQUEST NEGATIVE FORCES NOT TO HINDER MY SADHANA .. 5-A-PUT YOUR RIGHT HAND AT HEART CHAKRA...LEFT HAND SIDE... B-HERE YOU HAVE TO MAKE A REQUEST --REPEAT FROM YOUR HEART --------12 TIMES (not loudly ) HEY OM---HEY JAGATMATA-------I AM A SOUL ----PLEASE GIVE ME PURE KNOWLEDGE........... 6-STRETCH YOUR PAW OF RIGHT HAND & PUT THE CENTRE OF YOUR PAW ON CROWN CHAKRA I.E. IN HINDI WE SAY ---TALU---IT HAS A SOFT HOLE IN OUR CHILDHOOD 7-NOW PUT DOWN YOUR HEAD PROPERLY & HERE PUSH BACK YOUR FINGER---- AS FOR AS POSSIBLE---PUT A PRESSURE ON YOUR SCALP --MOVE YOUR SCALP SLOWLY---CLOCKWISE---SEVEN TIMES---LIKE A WHEEL.. 8-BEND YOUR HEAD PROPERLY---PRESS IT HARD & SAY;-- 7 TIMES 'HEY MA KUNDALINI----PLEASE GIVE ME MY SELF REALIZATION.'.. 8-PRAY TO MA KUNDALINI ( WITH HEART);--

HEY ADI KUNDALINI ; HEY MA KUNDALINI... O! Divine MA Kundalini, the Divine Cosmic Energy that is hidden in me YOU are Kali, Durga, Adishakti, Rajarajeswari, Tripurasundari, Maha-Lakshmi, Maha-Sarasvati! you have put on all these names and forms........... You whose nature is Bliss Eternal ; The Bliss of Brahman. You dwelling like a serpent asleep at the lotus of Muladhara, Sore, affected and distressed I---- in body and mind, Do you bless me and leave your place at the basic lotus. Hey Consort of Shiva the Self-caused Lord of Universe, Do you take your upward course through the central canal. Leaving behind Svadhishthana, Manipuraka, Anahata, Vishuddha, and Ajna. Be you united with Shiva, your Lord ,,,the God. At Sahasrara—the thousand-petalled-lotus in the brain. Sport there freely, O Mother, Giver of Bliss Supreme. Mother, who is Existence, Knowledge, Bliss Absolute. Wake up, Mother Kundalini! Wake up.
