DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LEFT & RIGHT BRAIN;--
05 FACTS;-
1-Left-brained people are supposed to be logical, analytical, and methodical, while right-brained people are supposed to be creative, disorganized, and artistic.
2-But this left-brain / right-brain theory has been refuted by a large-scale, two-year study by researchers at the University of Utah. In other words, it is untrue that logical people predominantly use the left side of the brain and artistic people predominantly use the right. All people use both halves of the brain. However, the stereotypes associated with being left- or right-brained persist and continue to arouse curiosity.
3-In schools, left-brained ways of thinking are generally favored over right-brained, primarily because of the logical and analytical skills of left-brained students. Right brain focused curriculums concentrate on the visual and artistic, using metaphors, movement and role-playing. Again, certain specific characteristics are commonly found in right-brain dominant individuals, such as being good at art or sports, and being able to memorize words or lyrics easily. They can also be hypnotized.
4-But are we totally one or the other? A lot of what we consider either left or right brain activity is actually being done on both sides. In fact, most people are more or less equal on both sides of the brain, and uses the example of a scientist who is analytical and good at math, so he is characterized as being left-brained. However, he also has to be creative in order to make up and evaluate experiments, characteristic of the right-brained.
5-The conclusion is drawn that a label of left- or right-brained is not important, that people should not let themselves be pigeon-holed (classify) , because both hemispheres are functioning. In other words, most people are not entirely one or the other; there is usually a mix, with a little more preference toward one side of the brain or the other. That may explain why I am artistic and creative (right-brain functions) but good at languages (a left-brain attribute).

2-Small muscle groups or fine motor skills – fingers, toes, throat and mouth for speaking 3-Translates sounds of letters and syllables into language.
4-Verbal side of brain – reading, writing, speaking, interpretation.
4-1-Broca’s area (a region of the brain concerned with the production of speech) is found in 97% of people on the left side of the brain, which is responsible for organization, planning and sequencing of motor movements of speech.
4-2-Wernicke’s area is also found here and is used for speech comprehension Reads individual words in a sentence and translates the meaning, letter by letter and syllable by syllableLiteral brain – understands the primary meaning of the word.
5-Again due to Broca’s area: understanding the meaning of a word and how a word sounds.
6-Conscious side of brain – every conscious move the body makes, conscious thoughts (talking to yourself in your head), reading, doing a math problem.
7-Linear and logical brain – basic math operations, arithmetic, calculating, remembering numbers in a sequenceSystemizing, linear and logical, examine things one at a time and in order, basic science and math and logical pursuits.
8-Pattern recognition skills – what comes next in the sequence or figuring out the patternComputer games are pattern recognition tasks – left brain loves this.
9-Language develops because of pattern recognition skills, learning to play instrument = pattern and fine motor skills.

1-Sees the big picture (the whole forest, not the trees)
2-Moves big muscle groups, responsible for posture, gait (the way we walk)
3-Spatial awareness – allows you to feel yourself in space.
4-Proprioception, balance, knowing where the body is in relationship to gravity and relationship to yourself and others.
5-Nonverbal communication, which is the foundation for socialization – this is learned. subconsciously/subliminallyNonverbal communication is the foundation of verbal communication that develops on the left side later
6-Emotional and empathetic – once they identify emotions in themselves they can identify same emotions in others via nonverbal communication (EQ).
7-Operates sensory controls (senses and feels the whole body) – borders insular cortex (child feels internal sensations from the gut, heart and lungs that allow to feel emotions)
8-Attuned to sense of smell and taste – can tell if something is good (go toward) or bad (get away from)
9-Receives auditory information
10-Avoidance behavior – cautious brain, fear, anger, disgust, negative emotionsBeing the cautious and sensory helps decrease impulsivity
11-Likes new and novel things/situations/locations – routine is BORING

WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS WITH RIGHT BRAIN?--
07 FACTS;-
1-When you cannot feel yourself or are not very aware of where your body is you tend to be very clumsy. (graceless)and bump into (hit against ) things including the person you are walking next to.
2-Since the large muscle groups do not function well, a right brain weakness can show up as an odd gait or someone whose walk seems “off.” This person has poor gross motor skills such as poor balance, rhythm and coordination. They may trip and fall for no reason.
3-Perhaps the hardest part for someone with a right brain deficit is the lack social skills. They are often referred to as “socially awkward.” They may say inappropriate things due to not being able to read nonverbal ques.
4-After saying something that should not have been said they generally don’t understand why these things are wrong. Because of this they have a hard time making friends.
5-Because the right brain is responsible for appropriate smell and taste, these people with a right hemisphere problem can be very picky eaters.
6-These children can read very well, but have a hard time interpreting what they read. This is due to the lack of nonverbal skill development. In general, they are good with numbers, but bad at higher-level math skills. For example, they may be able to memorize someone’s baseball stats, but algebra is very difficult. They have very poor attention, are impulsive, anxious and compulsive.
7-These children and adults tend to have more autoimmune disorders such as Hashimoto’s Disease or RA due the right brain not inhibiting an overreaction of the immune system. Allergies, asthma, sensitive to the environment, food and contact allergies often show up in these children. Poor digestion, rapid heartbeat are also symptoms of a right brain deficit.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WHAT ARE THE PROBLEMS WITH LEFT BRAIN?---
09 FACTS;-
1-A left brain deficiency is much harder to detect than a right. This is because this person lacks the hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. Instead they are very shy, withdrawn and not often motivated to do things that typical kids like to do.
2-They’d much rather hang around the house than be with their friends. Their temperament is often sullen, sad or depressed. In fact, it is often mistaken as depression.
3-Developmentally these children are typically slow to start speaking and may mess up sentences making it hard to understand them. They have problems with reading and spelling because they can’t identify sounds of letters. This can later show up in their speaking ability.
4-These children are not very good at music and may not be able to carry a tune. They also tend to have problems with many other subjects, especially basic math due the lack of paying attention to details. Because they lack fine motor skills they have very poor hand writing. They tend to be overly concerned about how they look and dress.
5-Left brain deficiency can give someone a unique ability to read people and situations. They have the potential to be VERY social if they can overcome their shyness and insecurities. They can also become very good athletes and are usually well liked making them very popular and good leaders.
6-These children and adults are prone to chronic infections, like colds and ear infections. They also may have an abnormal or irregular heartbeat(arrhythmia).
7-As mentioned before, saying ADD/ADHD is a right-sided brain issue is a generalization. You may have noticed that you or your child has some right brain deficit symptoms and some left.
8-After a neurological exam it can be determined which parts of the brain are actually weak. This could end up being an entire hemisphere or simply small parts of the hemisphere.
9- In fact, there may even be weak portions of the right as well as the left brain. This is why getting the appropriate testing and specific neurological exercises is so important..
WHAT IS THE NATURAL LAW OF YIN & YANG ? The Masculine and Feminine as a Mirror of the Cosmos and Ourselves;-- We have often heard that nature is a dual system. It is based on complementary opposites, so-called “antagonists”(Opponent). One pole could not exist without the other, just as it is impossible for men to live without women and for women to live without men—despite all claims to the contrary. YIN & YANG ENERGY SYMBOL;-- 12 FACTS;- 1-Namely, creation is based on the existence of a creative PAIR. They form the Yin (female) and the Yang (masculine). These two creative impulses pervade all of Life and its many forms. Ourselves included. 2-The left half of every body is feminine-polarized and the right half masculine-polarized. The feet are positively polarized; the head is negatively polarized. The emotional body of a woman is masculine-charged (i.e. active), the emotional body of a man is, however, feminine-charged (i.e. passive)—which explains why women are generally better at dealing with emotions. Thus we see that we are permeated, to our deepest essence, with Yin and Yang so that we will eventually learn to master both aspects perfectly. 3-According to esoteric teachings there exists only vibration and consciousness: matter and spirit, the material having been created from the immaterial. Matter—born from light. Quantum physicists have known this for a long time. They have mathematically calculated a fundamental constant with which the ratio between mass particles (matter) and the controlling energy units can be calculated.
3-1-It is one to one billion. In other words, one billion “light quanta” are needed in order to make one particle of physical matter! The Swiss atomic physicist Dr. Carlos Rubbia won the Nobel Prize in 1984 for this discovery. 4-Light and Matter are both made of “vibration and consciousness”. With light, we talk about electromagnetic waves. So light has an electrical and a magnetic aspect. Which brings us back to the oft-cited “Yin” and “Yang”. 5-Creation is an electromagnetic system and it is polarized. Energy flows from the masculine to the feminine pole and back, and back and forth. This doesn’t only happen between lovers. And just as in a healthy relationship both partners should play an equal role, so all of life strives for balance and harmony. Yin and Yang balance each other. 6-The masculine and feminine principles have, by themselves, no kind of “right to exist”. They only exist to create something new together, just as a mother and a father create a child (which certainly doesn’t mean that every woman and every man must produce offspring in order to fulfill their life plan!). That is why, from the law of duality of Yin and Yang, comes the principle of increase that is visible everywhere in nature. 7- We only have to think of a wheat grain that increases itself an hundredfold. For the same reason, the Universe expands itself infinitely and indefinitely—without a hypothetical Big Bang. 8-Fundamental “male-female” oppositional pairs are, for example: 1-Vibration--- Consciousness (+) (-) 2-Quantity------- Quality 3-Creative----- Form-giving 4-Centrifugal---- Centripetal 5-Exhalation -----Inhalation 6-Matter ----- Spirit 7-Magnetism ------Electricity 8-Ampere(amperage)--- Volt (voltage) 9-Frequency------- Wave length 8-1-That each of these pairs inseparably belong together can be seen most easily in a physics equation that every student learns as a fundamental law of sound: 1/n x n = 1. The frequency (λ) multiplied by the wavelength (f) equals one. Or: Matter and Spirit are one. But also: male and female are one. 9-Positive energy (Yang) and negative energy (Yin) always attract each other.But don't forget that it is inner. Attraction is the strongest power in the universe. We have given this power a simple name: Love Which is the foundation and reason of being for everything that is present here.Shiva -Shakti i.e. Yang-Yin has created this universe because of love ,but their love is inner not outer.Both are one not two;as our body & soul is one not two.Till then ,we are not aware of our Yin-Yang energy;our male and female & the union of them... we are ignorant & how can an ignorant one know the meaning of love?
10-According to ignorant/Imperfect one '' when Yin and Yang come together and energy flows, Love in Action is the result. It is exactly like a vacuum cleaner: only when ampere(the constant current )and volts unite in the current from the plug does the motor turn on. Something new is created, namely, a power that is measured in watts''. 11- Only Enlightened one can know that force of love which flows through his/her and radiates from his/her heart. The reason is ; SATISFIED YIN -YANG ENERGY..THE PERFECTNESS.. a divine alliance of perfect one.The quality or state of being perfect , so that nothing requisite is wanting; entire development; skill, or moral excellence; the highest attainable state or degree of excellence; maturity.
12-A quality completely excellent; an ideal; faultlessness; especially, the divine attribute of complete excellence. Thus, he/she refine his/her consciousness and persistently increase vibratory rate because they are satisfied.If a satisfied one makes a contract with any Yang or Yin ,creation is sure.& on the reverse destruction is sure .Perfection is not attainable because only shiva- shakti is perfect, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.
