03 FACTS;--

ॐ पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पुर्णमुदच्यतेपूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

1-This small mantra contains the essence of the Upanishadic vision…someone once said: "Let all the UpaniSads disappear from the face of the earth - I don’t mind so long as this one verse remains." Can one small verse be so profound?

2-The full moon – Purnima, Purna – and there is a famous declaration in the Upanishads on this Purna: purnam adah, purnam idam purnat purnam udachyate; purnasya purnam adaya purnam evavasisyate . We recite it, chant it every day, but mostly we do not think about what it means when we chant it; it goes as a routine.

3-Purna is fullness.That Bhuma is also Purna. The Upanishad says, "Purnam adah: that origin of all things is full; purnam idam: this entire creation that has come from that origin of all things is also full; purnat purnam udachyate: from that Full this Full has come; purnasya purnam adaya: having taken away this Full from that Full; purnam evavasisyate: the Full still remains unaffected.

1-This is a mantra of the most significant statements ever made anywhere on earth at any time. The mantra contains the whole secret of the mystic approach towards life. This small mantra contains the essence of the Upanishadic vision .Nothing is insignificant, nothing is smaller than anything else. The part represents the whole just as the seed contains the whole.

2-Practicing Vedic mantras systematically, diligently, with total concentration will lead us to a state of complete healing energy, and this will allow our physical, mental and energetical body to regain its natural state.

3-To truly understand the transformative power the Vedic mantras, we need to realize that any form of sound in the creation is vibrational energy. Human speech and words are also a combination of sound waves (vibration), each of which resonates at distinct vibrational frequencies.

4-The meaning of this ancient Vedic mantra is that the whole creation constitutes one whole unit. Each and every particle, non-living or living represents the same whole unit. There is no place where this whole is not present. This whole reproduces itself in its own image. Removing every entity from this unit has no effect on it because that which remains represents the same whole.

4-2-MEANINGOF MANTRA;----

”You are the fullness. There is fullness, here is fullness. From the fullness, the fullness is born. Remove the fullness from the fullness and the fullness alone remains.”

5-There are many translations and commentaries on this verse, each of which adds a different slant on the vast meaning. In some sense, a complete explanation of the nature of Reality and the entire wisdom of the path of Self-Realization is contained in this short summary. Here are several translations:--

5-1-Om.

That is infinite, this is infinite;

From That infinite this infinite comes.

From That infinite, this infinite removed or added;

Infinite remains infinite.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-2-Om.

That is full; this is full.

This fullness has been projected from that fullness.

When this fullness merges in that fullness,

all that remains is fullness.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-3-Om.

Completeness is that, completeness is this,

from completeness, completeness comes forth.

Completeness from completeness taken away,

completeness to completeness added,

completeness alone remains.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-4-Om.

Brahman is limitless, infinite number

of universes come out

and go into the infinite Brahman,

Brahman remains unchanged.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-5-Om.

That is the whole, this is the whole;

from the whole, the whole becomes manifest;

taking away the whole from the whole,

the whole remains.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-6-Om.

That is the absolute, this is the absolute;

from the absolute, the absolute becomes manifest;

when the absolute is added to or taken away from the absolute,

the absolute remains.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-7-Om.

That is reality, this is reality;

from the reality, the reality becomes manifest;

adding or subtracting reality from reality,

only reality remains.

Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!

5-8-Om.

That is perfect,

This is perfect.

When perfection is taken from the perfect,

Perfect alone remains.

6-All facilities are given to human beings ,the small complete units to enable them to realize the Complete Whole. All forms of incompleteness are experienced due to incomplete knowledge of the Complete Whole. The human form of life is a complete manifestation of the consciousness of the living being, and it is obtained after evolving through 8,400,000 species of life in the cycle of birth and death. If in this human life of full consciousness the living entity does not realize his completeness in relation to the Complete Whole, he loses the chance to realize his completeness and is again put into the evolutionary cycle by the law of material nature.

7-The goal of sadhana is the highest Joy that comes from the Realization in direct experience of the center of consciousness, the Self, the Atman or Purusha, which is one and the same with the Absolute Reality.

8-This Self-Realization comes through Yoga meditation of the Yoga Sutras, the contemplative insight of Advaita Vedanta, and the intense devotion of Samaya Sri Vidya Tantra, the three of which complement one another like fingers on a hand.

9-A sadhak has to employ the classical approaches of Raja, Jnana, Karma, and Bhakti Yoga, as well as Hatha, Kriya, Kundalini, Laya, Mantra, Nada, Siddha, and Tantra Yoga.

10-Brahman and Śhakti are identical. If you accept the one, you must accept the other. It is like fire and its power to burn. If you see the fire, you must recognize its power to burn also. You cannot think of fire without its power to burn, nor can you think of the power to burn without fire. You cannot conceive of the sun's rays without the sun, nor can you conceive of the sun without its rays. You cannot think of the milk without the whiteness, and again, you cannot think of the whiteness without the milk. Thus one cannot think of Brahman without Śhakti, or of Śhakti without Brahman. One cannot think of the Absolute without the Relative, or of the Relative without the Absolute.

11-Meditation, contemplation, mantra and prayer finally converge into a unified force directed towards the final stage, piercing the pearl of wisdom called bindu, leading to the Absolute.
