According to ASTHAVAKRA GEETA;-Human beings are divided in four category;-
1- BLOCKHEAD /MORON
2-IGNORANT ONE
3-INQUISITIVE ONE/CURIOUS
4-ENLIGHTENED ONE
1- BLOCKHEAD neither thinks for himself nor society.
2-IGNORANT ONE only thinks for himself.
3-An INQUISITIVE mind is that which absorbs all, learns all, and then analyses all it has collected to come to it's own conclusions. So they are curious about both science, and spirituality. They are complementary and keep us balanced.
4-ENLIGHTENED ONE --1-Spiritual enlightenment is very real & rar. It is a state of pure awareness that is free from the chattering mind, and constantly connecting with the Infinite All-Loving All-Powerful Light from the God Source.
2- In the en-Lightened state, you know the world is absolutely perfect exactly as it is. You know there are no mistakes, and everything is pre-destined. You feel, see and experience a divine quality in everything and everyone. You realize that there is nothing to worry about. You don't have to suffer.
3-Your spiritual essence is already free, you can attune your mind to it and always be at ease. There is a great spiritual warmth radiating from deep within your heart. 4-One who is self-realized is deeply relaxed about everything because they are always listening to higher Intelligence. They hear the truth that they are an infinite spiritual being who will never die
5-In your deepest relaxation and listening, you can adjust your inner radio station to hearing this channel of Divine Intelligence. This station naturally guides you to become a fully self realized 'Enlightened Being'.By relaxing into this moment completely, you naturally feel the God.
NOTE;-The process that leads to enlightened ones requires intense and uninterrupted concentration and sharp focus, also known as samyama. This practice includes the 3 stages of yogic concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana), and superconsciousness trance (samadhi). Your Samyama is complete when there is a fusion of these 3 processes as one.It is hard to find.
IMPORTANCE OF INQUISITIVE ONE;-
04 FACTS;--
1-Spirituality is the Science of the Soul & slightly more important to all others . Knowledge of all sciences will be incomplete until it includes the knowledge of Spirituality'.
2-One can study and know all the sciences and have huge property of the world but until he/she knows/experiences the Self (Soul) he/she won't get satisfied in this material world.
3-SO ONLY INQUISITIVE ONE WILL MAKE EFFORT TO LEARN ALL THIS.
4-Set Your Intention
Have a clear picture of what the result of this meditation will be for you. Why have you chosen to do it? The clearer your focus and intention, the more power behind the meditation. You get what you project, so project the result.
MEDITATION MINUTES (THE TIME DURATION );--
Yogic science says that there are specific lengths of time needed for certain desired effects in meditation. Thus, meditations (and exercises in a kriya) are held for a specified period of time.
1-3 minutes: Affects circulation (blood) and electromagnetic field.
2-11 minutes: Changes glandular system and nerves.
3-22 minutes: Balances and coordinates the three minds.
4-31 minutes: Affects all the cells and rhythms of the body and all layers of the mind’s projection.
5-62 minutes: Changes the gray matter of the brain. Integrates the subconscious “shadow mind” and the outer projection.
6- 2 ½ hours: Holds the new pattern in the subconscious mind by the surrounding universal mind.
MEDITATION CYCLES OF TRANSFORMATION ;-
1-Committing to a personal practice makes the meditation process of transformation and self-discovery your own. To master the effects of a meditation, practice it as a sadhana, as a daily discipline. \\
2-This will develop a life-promoting habit. Habit controls us so much that it is said that we can actually change our destiny by changing our habits. We can use various cycles of the human mind to help replace unwanted patterns of behavior with new, more positive ones.
3-Choose a meditation that suits your goals and/or inspires you, and commit to practicing it over 40, 90, 120, or 1,000 days.
3-1- Change a habit > 40 days:
3-2-Confirm the habit > 90 days:
3-3-You are the new habit > 120 days:
3-4- Mastery of the new habit > 1,000 days,
