04 FACTS;--
1-The Kundalini Instrument in a human being consists of three Nadis: (Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna Nadis) and seven Chakras: Mooladhara Chakra, Swadisthana Chakra, Nabhi Chakra , Anahat Chakra, Vishuddhi Chakra, Agnya Chakra and Sahasrara Chakra.
2-Kundalini refers to a power which lies in three and half coils in the sacrum bone which is situated at the lower end of vertebral column .A pulsation is sometimes seen at this level during Kundalini awakening.
3-Like the Sushumna the Kundalini is normally in a potential state. When it is awakened it ascends to the top of the Sushumna. When Kundalini emerges at this point, Yoga (Union) is said to have taken place.
4-This happening of Kundalini awakening and ultimate union with a higher consciousness is an inborn mechanism and is activated in a spontaneous and natural way with clubbing of mantra & meditation.
THE THREE NADIS;---
1-THE IDA NADI;--- 1-1-Left Sympathetic Nervous System /connected to the right side and back of the brain The two left and right channels cross at the Agnya Chakra level.
1-2-This channel looks after our emotional life and our past. It is the channel, which creates our past. Whatever is present today becomes past tomorrow.
1-3-The sub-conscious mind receives information from this channel. The subconscious mind has an age-old collective subconscious mind beyond it. 2-THE PINGALA NADI;---
2-1- Right Sympathetic Nervous System is called which crosses Ida Nadi at Agnya Chakra level. It is connected with the left side and the front of the brain.
2-2-On the right hand side there is the supra-conscious mind, which creates our future. Whenever we think about our future it is recorded on the right hand side, and it also has a collective supra-conscious, 3-THE SUSHMNA NADI;--- 3-1-Parasympathetic Nervous System is called through which the Kundalini passes to pierce through the 'Fontanelle bone area' (Little fountain or Brahmarandhra) to enter into the subtle energy of the all-pervading power.
3-2-This is how the actualization of Self-Realization takes place. First the hands feel at the fontanelle bone area and on the fingertips /feels the existence of the all-pervading power. THE SEVEN CHAKRAS;--- 1-Mooladhara Chakra - Pelvic plexus First Chakra, situated below the sacrum bone. Physical Aspect: Prostrate gland. Element: Earth / Carbon
1-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;--In the body the Mooladhara Chakra controls the excretory functions, as well as sexual activity, and exerts a general control on the sympathetic nervous system. When the Kundalini rises, then this centre becomes inactive in the excretion functions but active in the support of the rising of the Kundalini. 2-Swadisthana Chakra - Aortic plexus Element : Fire Physical Aspect : Kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, lower abdomen
2-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;-On the physical level this center plays an important role in controlling the abdominal organs such as the liver, kidneys and the large intestines. The reproductive organs of the woman are also partly controlled by this center. It also determines the concentrative power of the attention, it's sharpness. 3-The Nabhi Chakra - Solar Plexus Element : Water Physical aspect :Looks after liver, stomach and intestines, spleen and pancreas
3-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;-In our body this Chakra controls the stomach, the pancreas and many other organs around the solar plexus. Material satisfaction and a sense of a calm arising from a healthy Nabhi Chakra allows our attention to turn to subtler things.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE;--The Void, the Ocean of Illusion (Bhavsagara) surrounds the 2nd and 3rd chakras: the Swadisthana and Nabhi chakras. When the Kundalini is awakened The TEN MAXIMS are awakened within. The religion becomes innate, and our whole priorities change. For, the religion in Sahaja Yoga is the ultimate of every religion of any form. It is not limited to one religion, but has the best of all religions. All real religions are leading to one aim, to one goal. That goal is to achieve Self knowledge through our second birth. 4-The Heart Chakra - Cardiac Plexus - Physical Aspect : Looks after heart & lungs Element : Air
4-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;--On the physical level the Heart Chakra (also called Anahata Chakra) controls our breathing, the action of the heart and the circulation of blood. This chakra is placed behind the sternum (a thickened ventral plate )in the spinal cord and produces the anti-bodies till the age of twelve years.
These anti-bodies are circulated into the whole body to be ready to fight any kind of attack on the body or mind. If there is any attack on the person, these anti-bodies are informed through the sternum. 5-The Vishuddhi Chakra - Cervical Plexus Physical Aspect :Throat, neck, mouth, teeth, face, nose, tongue, ears and ankles Element : Ether
5-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;-Situated at the level of the throat, this center controls all our articulation and our communication, the movement of our hands and arms, our facial expression and our speech, as well as the senses of taste and smell. On the physical level it caters for the Cervical Plexus. 6-The Agnya Chakra - (Optic Chaisma) Physical Aspect : Pineal and pituitary glands.

Element :Light
6-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;-The Agnya Chakra sits behind the forehead, at the base of the brain, which it controls. When the Kundalini passes the Agnya Chakra, our mental activity ceases, silence and enlightenment takes place. This centre caters for Pituitary and Pineal body which manifest the two institutions of ego and superego within us. 7-The Sahasrara Chakra (Limbic Area) Physical aspect : Limbic area of the brain 1000 petalled lotus. 7-LOCATION & ACTIVITY;-The Sahasrara Chakra is the lotus of a thousand petals whose physical expression is the thousand nerves distributed under the surface of the skull. It is the integration of all the lower Chakras and their powers. Here takes place the integration and union of all the worlds' religions. It is the highest spiritual destination.
The Sahasrara is the a temporary shelter of the higher union between our consciousness and divinity. We can't express the glory of this dimension . Working toward enlightenment is a worthy endeavour (an attempt to achieve a goal) for anyone. This is the gateway to super-consciousness where it is no longer possible to experience yourself as separate from anything or anyone. CONTD.
