WHAT IS NEGATIVE & POSITIVE?- 05 FACTS;- 1-Like attracts like, Positive people are drawn to positive energy; negative people are drawn to negative energy.sometimes we feel negative – as in, “go away and leave me alone,'' but did you know that negativity can be so ingrained in you that it goes unnoticed? That’s because negativity sometimes wears a disguise called ‘reality’. It’s easy to rationalize that you’re ‘just being realistic’ in not daring to act on a dream – 2-You may assume that positive people are not being realistic – that they’re being naive, that they are in denial with their heads stuck in the sand, that they put on fake smiles in the face of difficulty and so forth. That doesn’t mean that being realistic is automatically negative. When you view the world from a ‘realistic’ standpoint, you can’t help but be negative If your version of reality is negative. 3-But are they really happy idiots or is there something to their positivity?Consider this: ‘being realistic’ necessarily mean that things will go wrong and that you have to accept that as the truth? 4-If your version of reality is negative, you are conditioned to believe that whatever can go wrong, will go wrong and whatever can go right, will probably go wrong too. 5-So, if this negativity is so ingrained in you that you don’t notice it, how do you determine whether you’re stuck in a cloud of negative energy that is attracting the wrong people, wrong situations and wrong feelings? This sounds in some like the complete opposite of you want the law of attraction to be right? NINE QUESTIONS TO GAUGE THE LEVEL OF NEGATIVE ENERGY WITHIN YOU;-- 1-Do you complain? All the time or just sometimes? 2-Do you often discuss what’s wrong in the world more than what’s right? This includes the ‘terrible’ weather, ‘horrible’ traffic, ‘idiotic’ government, ‘lousy’ economy, ‘stupid’ in-laws, etc. 3-Do you criticize? All the time or just certain people? 4-Are you attracted to drama and disaster (can you unglue yourself from the TV when there’s a news story of a disaster and can you avoid getting involved in the lives of dysfunctional celebrities?) 5-Do you blame? All the time or just certain situations? 6-Do you believe that you have no control over most of your results? 7-Do you feel like a victim? Do you talk about people doing things to you? 8-Are you grateful for what is or will you be grateful when things finally start going right for you? 9-Do you feel like things are happening to you? Or do you feel that they are happening through you? NOTE;- 1-This last two points are important: If you’re not grateful except when things go right, you are negative. Gratitude is positive. If you are grateful for what is (including the unpleasant school of life lessons), then you can invite more and more positive energy into your life. 2-Believing that things happen to you puts you in the role of victim; then it’s easy to be negative because it’s convenient to give up that power. 3-You are responsible. So consider this alternative: Who or what is to blame when GOOD things happen to you? 4-Do you acknowledge that you are responsible for the good things – as in, you worked hard, you earned it, etc… but blame external events or other people for your failures? 5-So how come, when good things happen, they are a result of what you do, but when bad things happen, they are not your fault? It takes courage to accept that you create your life experience! 6-If you answered yes to any of the above questions, you are holding on to negative energy to some degree! To clear your negative energy and raise your vibration, you will need to retrain yourself to choose a positive attitude. 7-Here’s another interesting idea to consider: Have you noticed that positive people seem to get what they want out of life, and even if things don’t go their way, they still enjoy their lives… while negative people whine (cry)and moan about their misfortunes and even the good things in their lives . 8-To clear negative energy, try this three step process:- 8-1. Take ownership “When you think everything is someone else’s fault, you will suffer a lot. When you realize that everything springs only from yourself, you will learn both peace and joy.”..According to Dalai Lama 8-2- Cancel negative thoughts and replace them with positive thoughts. This takes practice, dedication and making a decision to see the world through the eyes of “what can go right” instead of “what can go wrong.” You’ll have to catch yourself anytime you are acting out or speaking out your negativity, and immediately change your tune. 8-3-Nobody wants negative energy to permeate their lives, yet many of us allow it.But we allow it unconsciously, based on past conditioning that suggests an inevitable outcome to certain situations. When you overcome that conditioning and realize that the future is NOT cast in stone but that you have more control over your circumstances than you believe – then you can begin to consciously design your life.Make some changes within, and you’ll quickly see positive changes in your life. THE INFLUENCE OF NEGATIVE ENERGIES ;-- 1-The majority of the world’s population is affected by negative energies or will feel their effect in the years to come. We have also provided advice on how one can recognise and reduce the effect of negative energies on oneself through spiritual healing and spiritual practice. 2-One of the benefits of spiritual healing and spiritual practice is that we come to understand the difference between thoughts that arise from our subconscious mind and thoughts which are given by negative energies. A practical way to understand this difference is to study whether the thoughts disappear or whether their intensity or frequency reduces after spiritual healing. 3-However in the initial stages of spiritual practice it may be difficult to find out the difference. In addition to this, when the influence of the negative subtle-entity is very strong, it may sometimes take months or years of spiritual healing and spiritual practice to ascertain where the thoughts originate from. THE MECHANISM OF NEGATIVE ENERGIES TO AFFECT;-- 04 FACTS;- 1-When negative energies affect us by increasing desires in the mind, it mostly happens through the following mechanism;-- The negative energy sends a direct command to the subconscious mind targeting the instinct and desire centre. As a result the desire to act as instructed arises in the person and the person feels like doing these acts. 2-If the person resists this desire, or if there is Divine protection, or if the person is feeling some Divine consciousness (Chaitanya) or Bliss (Ānand), then the negative energies increase the intensity of the command. Autosuggestion: A therapeutic sentence or perspective suggested to the self to positively change one's actions (behaviour), thoughts and reactions (attitudes) or physical state. 3-Another method used is to target the likes and dislikes centre by sending a thought in the form of an autosuggestion, such as: “I like chocolate” .Then the like centre sends an impression for the person to do the act. 4-A seeker may not have a centre of likes developed for these things, but he or she would still feel like this centre in the subconscious mind exists. Negative energies make an extra effort in this case because a seeker’s mind has a centre for sāttvik desires which fights these desires. LIST OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF THOUGHTS GIVEN BY NEGATIVE ENERGIES;-- Here we list examples of different types of thoughts given by negative energies and how they influence people.Their influence over people at large differs from their influence over seekers of God. Some responses and remedial actions are also suggested alongside each example. 1-NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT SELF;-- As in the earlier example, the negative energy affecting us through negative thoughts . It is a similar principle, but the suggestion attacks the intellect and identification and interpretation centres. 1-1-The thoughts that they send about self are, for example: “You are a bad seeker. You deserve to suffer. You are so bad and there is no way out. The only solution for you is to kill yourself. In fact, you should stop spiritual practice because you are such a bad person”. Then the seeker gets the thought in his mind that: “I am a bad seeker. I deserve to suffer. There is no way out. The only solution is to kill myself. I should stop spiritual practice because I am a bad person”. 1-2- This is the Impact of negative thoughts about self given by negative energies 2-NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT OTHERS;-- The type of thoughts that negative energies (ghosts, demons, devils etc.) place in our mind about others are, for example: “This person is very negative”, “He has a big ego”, “What he is saying right now is ego”, “This person is dishonest”, “He hates you and wants to harm you”. Usually this is completely untrue. 2-1-Things which don’t exist are pointed out, and we appear to see defects and ego that are not there. But the impression is put in the mind by the negative energy and the affected person starts thinking like this about others. In this way, the affected person’s mind becomes clouded. 3-NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT SPIRITUALITY;-- The thoughts that negative energies send against spiritual practice, including one’s service unto the Absolute Truth are, for example: “Spiritual practice is fake”, “There is no God”, “God hates you”, “Guru is fake and is cheating you”, “Guru/God likes others more than you”, “You are not treated fairly”, “The satseva that you are doing is not satseva”, “Spread of Spirituality cannot happen”. 3-1-They can also send intellectual doubts to discount spiritual science, for example: “Meat is good because it has iron. If you don’t eat meat you will get sick. Science has proven this and spiritual science is wrong”. 3-2-Negative energies also send thoughts distorting spiritual science in order to bring about tāmasik behaviour, such as: “Nothing much will happen if you don’t take a shower or clean the house. These are just gross level things. Subtle is more important so you don’t have to do it”. 3-3-Or it can be a thought to induce incorrect spiritual practice, such as: “You should just sit and chant and not do satseva because chanting is within and satseva is external and at the gross level. You don’t need to do satseva since you have gone beyond it. You are already feeling Bliss”. 3-4-In more extreme cases of distorting spiritual science, negative energies can send thoughts to make the person think that the negative act is a positive act, such as: “You should guide yourself. By following others, you are not connected to God but to the person. Each person should be his own guide”. 3-5-Or “Drugs give spiritual experiences and drugs are a spiritual tool for growth”. In regards to telling others about Spirituality, the negative energies can also send incorrect thoughts about how Spirituality should be spread or disseminated. They can give thoughts to do satseva and spread Spirituality at a psychological level that actually may lead to mistakes. They may also give thoughts of improper judgment about a curious person (for example, sending the message that a person is a seeker when he is not, or the reverse, that the person is not a seeker when he is). 4-NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT PRIDE & EGO IN PEOPLE;-- To increase our thoughts of pride and ego, negative energies send thoughts, such as: “You have done this so well”, “Everyone will see it”, “You will be praised”, “Everyone is looking at you”, “You look good”, “You are so smart”. These thoughts may be about many different things, even small unimportant acts. 4-1-In the case of seekers, negative energies make stronger suggestions, for example: “You are the strongest of all”, “You are the smartest of all”, and “No one in the world can do this better than you”. 5-NEGATIVE THOUGHTS ABOUT BAD ACTS;- Aggressive thoughts in people given by negative energies (thoughts of breaking things, beating other people, murde or similar) To influence people to perform really aggressive acts, negative energies send a visualisation of the act into the person’s mind. The person sees the act already happening within his mind and is then motivated to act out what is visualised. 5-1-In addition to the visualisation, negative energies can send a feeling of pleasure coming out of the act, meaning they let a person experience a fake sense of pleasure from visualising the committed act. STEPS TO REDUCE THE INFLUENCE OF NEGATIVE ENERGIES;-- 04 FACTS;- 1-Unknown to most of mankind, a major battle of good versus evil has been taking place in the subtle-regions.From time to time throughout history, the subtle-forces of evil gain enough spiritual energy to attempt to establish a demonic kingdom in the Universe. 2-One of the ways in which they trouble mankind through this subtle-battle is by sowing thoughts of unrighteous behaviour that takes people away from the pursuit of spiritual growth and increases the Raja and Tama components in the environment. 3-Since most people are unaware of this battle, they do not realise that the thoughts they experience may originate from negative entities in the spiritual realm. It is only through regular spiritual practice that one starts to recognise such occurrences, learns to overcome their effect and is protected from them. 4-04 WAYS TO PROTECT YOURSELF 1-MANTRAS;-- Words, even if only spoken in your mind, have a powerful effect in creating your reality. When spoken out-loud, words and sounds can have an even more profound effect because they create vibrations that interact with your energetic body, helping it to fall into harmony or disharmony. Chanting the following mantras repeatedly may help cleanse you of negative energy: KRIM (pronounced “kreem”) – Used to stimulate the lower chakras of the body and begin purifying the body. HUM (pronounced “hoom”) – Used to break down negativity and spread positivity and vitality through the body. LAM (pronounced “lam”) – Used to cleanse impurities that have collected in your body and clearing any energy blockages preventing your prana from flowing freely through all your energy channels. You can also create your own mantra with phrases and words that resonate with you and help you shed all negativity.
2-SOUNDS;- Similar to chanting mantras, sounds of chimes, bells and gongs have been used in practices such as yoga to dispel negative spirits. In the modern world, wind chimes are known for their relaxing effect on a person. The vibrations created by sounds of chimes and bells resonate through the air breaking up stagnant and negative energies. They also vibrate your energetic body and attune you to different frequencies, strengthening your psyche and spiritual power. 3-INCENSE;- Incense is known for its purifying and cleansing properties. Incense may not be the best option if you need to ward of psychic attacks when in public, but it is a great tool to use when gathering with others and to cleanse away negative and stale energies around your living spaces. Ensure you use natural essential oil incense, such as Nag Champa and Tibetan Incense Sticks, that does not have any toxic or artificial perfumes. 4- USING WHITE LIGHT MEDITATION ;- Science continues to prove that meditation is a powerful healing practice. You can use a very easy and short meditation to protect yourself from psychic attacks. During such a meditation, close your eyes, calm the breath, and then image in the mind’s eye a bright white light forming a protective shield all around your body and any other person or object that you want to safeguard. It is up to you how long you keep your eyes closed and how bright your light will grow, and as you open your eyes continue with the meditation by trusting that your white light will continue to surround, protect and comfort you. METTA MEDITATION;-
Metta meditation, or often loving-kindness meditation, is the practice concerned with the cultivation of Metta, i.e. benevolence, kindness and amity (goodwill). The practice generally consists of silent repetitions of phrases like “may you be happy” or “may you be free from suffering”, for example directed at a person who, depending on tradition, may or may not be internally visualized.
1-BODY POSITION ;--Close your eyes. Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor and your spine straight. Relax your whole body. Keep your eyes closed throughout the whole visualization and bring your awareness inward. Without straining or concentrating, just relax and gently follow the instructions.Take a deep breath in. And breathe out.
2-Metta is first practiced toward oneself, since we often have difficulty loving others without first loving ourselves. Sitting quietly, mentally repeat, slowly and steadily, the following or similar phrases:--May I be happy. May I be well. May I be safe. May I be peaceful and at ease.
3-This seems like a tall order, but fortunately there is a very simple place to begin. The practice is simple yet powerful, opening the practitioner’s heart while taking him/her to very deep states of concentration. While holding a particular person in your heart/mind, and visualizing them in a happy state, you repeat the following four phrases over and over.May you be safe.May you be happy.May you be healthy.May you live with ease
