Karma Yoga ,also known as the yoga of action teaches to act without egoist expectations in all endeavours of daily life ,home, work, school. It is a good path with someone who is outgoing and enjoys a certain sense of spiritual activism to help others. 2-WHAT IS BHAKTI YOGA?- Bhakti Yoga, also known as the path of devotion is a good path for someone with an emotional nature and enjoys prayer, worship and seeking God through unconditionally loving others. Using Vedanta as a vehicle, the inquiry into the individual nature is the key to this difficult path. It is best undertaken after some of the lessons of the other paths have been well understood in order to move along towards Self-realization or profound spiritual awakening.

4-WHAT IS RAJA YOGA?

WHAT IS INNER YOGA?-

05 FACTS;-

1-Millions of people practice Yoga every day around the world, but relatively few are able to enjoy the deep, life-changing fruits of the “inner” practices of Yoga such as meditation, chanting, ego work, and self-inquiry.

2- Inner Yoga practices and teachings are rooted in the mystical tradition of yoga, but presented and taught in a very contemporary and relevant way. Many modern Yoga practitioners are ready to go deeper, to learn more, to root their practice in the traditions of yoga and dive into the next level of personal transformation.

3-We use the term “Inner Yoga” but really it’s just traditional yoga. For thousands of years, yoga was known as a deep and personal path to God, to freedom and inner illumination. But at present the heavy emphasis on physical postures is a modern thing. The physical work is great for many things, but we should be committed to get into the deep stuff.

4-Hopefully everyone will be able to choose one program or the other. And the purpose is to really light people up and empower them to give their gift. There is so much potential in the yoga world that’s not being tapped. These trainings are to tap ,all that is potential. With that kind of power, we really can change the world.

5-Our teachers are taught to work from their intuition - knowledge from within - and to encourage the development of intuition in their own students.Teachings giving here ,are also firmly rooted in the classical texts of yoga which gives a lot of freedom because as the texts state, there are as many paths to yoga as there are people. The recognition of each unique body/mind/spirit we meet is fundamental to the teaching.

NOTE;-

Here is not a yoga of regimental shapes(a military unit), It is an encouragement of each individual on a journey towards movement and vitality. You will get many techniques of meditation-60 Answers & A Combination of tradition With Science...select one .
