SOME RULES TO PURCHASE A PLOT SHAPE OF THE PLOT;- When you see a road on the north side from your entrance is a North Facing House. It has to be perpendicular to your entrance. The North Facing Plot will be directly connected to the Children in the house. Though it is very good for any type of constructions, due care is required while deciding the structural design as the magnetic forces of the earth are generated from the North Pole. There are few Specialties of a North Facing House. North is a Water element. Water resembles Wealth. So it creates wealthy and healthy vibrations and ensures prosperity of the people living in these north facing plots and grounds. Accept following Shaped Plots only:- 1-The basic idea behind the selection of plot is the shape and angle . Following points should be kept in mind for the shape. 2-The shape should be such that there must be only four corners in a Plot. 3-The corners should have the angle of 90 degrees. 4-The ratio of Length : Breadth in a rectangular Plot should not exceed 1:2 5-The direction of East West should be 90 degrees. Slight deviation of 10-15 degrees is acceptable.

PROPER SHAPE & SIZE OF A PLOT;-

06 FACTS;-

1-The best shapes for plots of land are square or rectangular, facing squarely on the four cardinal directions.It is good if the plot is narrower at the entrance and wider at its rear, but the opposite is not good.

2-Round, oval, and triangular plots should be avoided. The house should not be built in the shape of a diamond, with the corner facing north. L-shaped plots are also inauspicious and should not be purchased.

3-If the land is cut in the corner this is not good. If possible the land to fill in the missing corner should be purchased. If the land is cut short on the northeast side it is very bad and is not auspicious; do not purchase it. It is like a headless body.

4-A land tilt of 20 degrees, off square by 20 degrees, is acceptable. If the plot is rectangular, it is better that the longer sides run north to south rather than west to east. The best properties are either square or rectangular.

5-If the plot is not a perfect rectangle, it is best if at least the southwest and southeast sides of the land are at 90º angles from one another. The southwest side of the quadrilateral should definitely not be extended past the southeast side, even if that means giving away a portion of the plot.

6-Land that extends past the northeast side of the quadrilateral, however, brings wealth, happiness, and good name. Land extending on the northeast side is very good. Extensions on any other side are inauspicious. Extensions of the northwest side will cause you to lose money and peace.

THE DIFFERENT SHAPE & SIZE OF A PLOT;-

The following points shows the different shapes of plots and their suitability and effects;-

1-Square (all corners straight and at 90°) shaped

Very auspicious, brings health,wealth and happiness.

2-Rectangular Shaped

Good and auspicious. Brings all round prosperity.

3-Circular Shaped

Good for constructing circular Shaped buildings only.

4-Wheel Shaped

Owner loses financial status and faces poverty.

5-Odd Shaped (irregular shape

Causes all types or problems and poverty.

6-Triangular Shaped

Affects progress and causes problems from government.

7- Cart Shaped

Causes wants and poverty, even imprisonment. The owner has to run here and there like a Cart.

8-Long bar Shaped

Not good if used for cattle shed, the cattle reared here perish.

9-Damru shaped (a tiny size musical damru with deep bend in the middle)

Will have very bad effect on the eye sight of inmates. Also everyone in the house will lose discretion fright judgement.

10-Visham Bahu (disproportionate shouldered)

Affects health, involves in mates in court litigations, drives them to poverty.

11-Drum or Dholak or Mirdung Shaped

Will cause loss of wife and other female members of the family

12-Hand-Pan Shaped

Creates loss of wealth, cattle etc. This can be corrected and used if other aspects conform to Vastu principles.

13-Varahan Mukhi Akaar (pig faced Shaped)

Causes death of brothers and relatives.

14-Turtle shaped plot

Causes to the owner and his family members imprisonment, untimely death and murders.

15-Window shaped plot (used for hand winnowing to separate grains from chaff)

The inmates of this plot lose mental peace and face poverty.

16-Bow shaped plot

Inmates of this plot face fear of theft, loot, attack by enemies etc.

17-Muslakar plot (long oval like plot with cut in one side)

It brings enmity and loss of friendship

18-Hexagon(a plane figure with six straight sides and angles)shaped plot

This is considered good if all other Vastu principles are followed. Is said to be helpful in progress of family members.

19-Ellipitical plot (a regular oval shaped)

Loss in many ways like money, women and respect.

20-Polygonal plot (Panch Mukh)

Such plot should not be inhabited before making it a rectangular plot otherwise it will bring legal litigations and false allegations.

21-Octagonal (Astha Kon) plot

Is auspicious and will bring all round prosperity.

22-Pot type plot

People who live on this plot face problems and obstacles for progress.

23-Simha Mukh (lion faced) like a lion’s face wider in front

Not good for residential purposes. Is very auspicious for business organisation.

24-Gaumukh (cow faced) like a cows face narrow in front

Auspicious provided the roads are in Southern and Westeren sides of plot.

SLOPE TO THE PLOT ;- Slope of the Plot is also very important while selecting a Plot. 27 FACTS;- 1-Slope in North, East and Northeast is Very good and is supposed to be the best. 2-High West and Low East Good Child's Growth and Mental Peace. 3-High East and Low West- Bad Childs Problem. Mental Unrest. 4-High North and Low South- Bad Health Problem, Losses. 5-High South and Low North- Good Good Health, Growth. 6-High Northeast and Low Southwest- Bad Business Failure, Accidents. 7-High Southeast and Low Northwest- Normal Good for Finance. 8-High Northwest and Low Southeast- Bad Loss of Wealth. 9-High Southwest and Low Northeast- Very Good Growth in Wealth and Assets with Fame. 10-High in E & SE and Low in W & NW- Good Educational Growth, Good Job and Career. 11-High in SE and Middle of S and Low in NW and Middle of N Normal 12-High in SW and Middle of S and Low in N and Middle of NE Very Good . 13-High in SW & Middle of W and Low in NE & Middle of E- Very Good 14-High in NW & Middle of W and Low in E & Middle of S- Bad 15-High in NW & Middle of N and Low in Se & Middle of S- Very Bad for Health. 16-High in NE & Middle of N and Low in S & Middle of S- Very Bad 17-High in NE & Middle of E and Low in W & Middle of SW- Very Very Bad May lead to Sudden Death 18-High in NE & NW and Low in SW- Very Very Bad May lead to Owner’s Death 19-High in NE,SE & W and Low in Sw- Bad May lead to Poverty and Financial Crisis. 20-High in SW, SE & NE and Low in E & NW- Bad 21-High in SE & SW and Low in NE & NW- Good 22-High in SW and Low in NE, NW & SE- Good 23-High in NE and Low in NW, SW & SE- Very Bad 24-High in SW & NE and Low in NW- Bad 25-High in SW,NW & W and Low in E- Good 26-High in NE, SE & E and Low in W - Very Bad 27-Long in E & W and High in S & N- Very Bad SURROUNDING OF THE PLOT;- 06 FACTS;- Surroundings of the Plot are also important while purchasing the Plot:- 1-Plot, on which lots of Trees and Plants are there, is good. But Plot having Bamboo Trees should be acquired with great care. 2-If river or canal is on the East side of the Plot and is flowing from South to East then it is good Plot. 3-If the river or canal is on Northern side of the Plot and is flowing from West to East, then it is good. 4-River or canal on South or West of the plot is not good. 5-Hill, Hillocks, High land, Heavy objects on the South, West & South-West of the Plot is good whereas on East, North and North-East is bad. 6-Plot adjacent to or near to any graveyard, cemetery, temple, mosque, tomb etc. is not good at all. Many other factors are also there which cannot be mentioned there.However, above mentioned points are enough to protect you from buying a complete negative Plot. ROADS TO THE PLOT;- Direction of Road to any Plot is very important. It cannot be ignored at all. So following are the cases with its results:- 1.Three side Roads of the Plot:- If there is Road on the three sides of the Plot then:- 04 POINTS;- 1-Road on North, West and South is Normal provided entry is not made from South side. 2-Road on North, West and East is good. 3-4-Road on North, South and East is also good if entry is from North or East. 4-Road on South, East and West is Normal. 2. Four sides Road of a Plot are rarely found but it is the best and has very auspicious results. 3. Two side Road of a Plot:- 06 POINTS;- 1-Roads on North and East are best. 2-Roads on North and West are Normal. 3-Roads on North and South are Normal if the Entry is from North. 4-Roads on East and South are Normal if the Entry is from East. 5-Roads on East and West are Normal. 6-Roads on South and West are not good. 3. One side Road :- 04 POINTS;- 1-Road on North is Very Good 2-Road on East is Very Good 3-Road on west is Normal 4-Road on South is Worst- Avoid it. ...SHIVOHAM....
