48. At the start of true union keep attentive on the fire in the beginning, and so continuing, avoid the embers in the end.
49. When in such embrace your senses are shaken as leaves, enter this shaking.
50.. Even remembering union, without the embrace, transformation.
51. On joyously seeing a long absent friend, permeate this joy.
52. When eating or drinking, become the taste of food or drink, and be filled.
THE INTRODUCTION ;-
14 FACTS;-
1-An Austrian neurologist and the founder of psychoanalysis,Sigmund Freud has said somewhere that man is born neurotic. This is a half-truth. Man is not born neurotic, but he is born in a neurotic humanity and the society around drives everyone neurotic sooner or later. Man is born natural, real, normal, but the moment the newborn becomes part of the society neurosis starts working 2-As we are, we are neurotic, and the neurosis consists of a split — a deep split. You are not one: you are two or even many. This has to be understood deeply; only then can we proceed in tantra. Your feeling and thinking have become two different things: this is the basic neurosis. Your thinking part and your feeling part have become two, and you are identified with the thinking part, not with the feeling part.
3-And feeling is more real than thinking; feeling is more natural than thinking. You have come with a feeling heart, but thinking is cultivated; it is given by society. And your feeling has become a suppressed thing. Even when you say that you feel, you only think that you feel. The feeling has become dead, and this has happened for certain reasons.
4-When a child is born, he is a feeling being: he feels things. He is not a thinking being yet. He is natural, just like anything natural in nature — just like a tree or like an animal. But we start molding him, cultivating. He has to suppress his feelings because without suppressing his feelings he is always in trouble. When he wants to cry he cannot cry because his parents will not approve of it. He will be condemned. He will not be appreciated, he will not be loved. He is not accepted as he is. He must behave: he must behave according to a particular ideology, ideals. Only then will he be loved.
5-Love is not for him as he is. He can be loved only if he follows certain rules. Those rules are imposed; they are not natural. The natural being begins to become suppressed, and the unnatural, the unreal, is imposed over it. This unreal is your mind, and a moment comes when the split is so great that you cannot bridge it. You go on forgetting completely what your real nature was — or is. You are a false face; the original face is lost. And you are also afraid to feel the original ;So you yourself are against your real nature.
6-This creates a very neurotic state. You do not know what you want; you do not know what are your real, authentic needs. And then you go on after non-authentic needs because only the feeling heart can give you the sense, the direction, of what are your real needs. When they are suppressed you create symbolic needs.
7-For example, you may go on eating more and more, stuffing yourself with food, and you may never feel that you are filled. The need is for love; it is not for food. But food and love are deeply related, so when the need for love is not felt, or is suppressed, a false need for food is created and you can go on eating. Because the need is false, it can never be fulfilled, and we live in false needs. That is why there is no fulfillment.
8-You want to be loved; that is a basic need — natural. But it can be diverted into a false dimension. For example, the love need, the need to be loved, can be felt as a false need if you try to divert the attention of others to yourself. You want that others should pay attention to you, so you may become a political leader. Great crowds may pay attention to you, but the real basic need is to be loved. And even if the whole world is paying attention to you, that basic need cannot be fulfilled. That basic need can be fulfilled even by a single person loving you, paying attention to you because of love.
9-When you love someone, you pay attention to him. Attention and love are deeply related. If you suppress the need for love, then it becomes a symbolic need; then you need the attention of others. You may get it, but then too there will be no fulfillment. The need is false, disconnected from the natural, basic need. This division in the personality is neurosis.
10-Tantra is a very revolutionary concept — the oldest and yet the newest. Tantra is one of the oldest traditions and yet non-traditional, even anti-traditional, because tantra says unless you are whole and one you are missing life altogether. You should not remain in a split state: you must become one. What to do to become one? You can go on thinking, but that is not going to help because thinking is the technique to divide.
11-Thinking is analytical. It divides; it splits things. Feeling unites, synthesizes, makes things one. So you can go on thinking, reading, studying, contemplating. It is not going to help unless you fall back to the feeling center. But it is very difficult, because even when we think about the feeling center, we think ..
12-When you say to someone, “I love you,” be aware of whether it is just a thought or whether it is a feeling. If it is just a thought, then you are missing something. A feeling is of the whole: your whole body, mind, everything you are, is involved. In thinking, only your head is involved, and that too not totally, but just a fragment of it.
13-There is only a passing thought; it may not be there the next moment. Only a fragment is involved, and that creates much misery in life — because with a fragmentary thought, you give promises which you cannot fulfill. You can say, “I love you and I will love you forever.” However, the second part is a promise which you cannot fulfill because it is given by a fragmentary thought. Your whole being is not involved in it. And what will you do tomorrow when the fragment has gone and the thought is no more there? Now the promise will become a bondage.
14-French - Philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre said somewhere that every promise is going to be false. You cannot promise because you are not whole. Just a part of you promises, and when the part is no more there on the throne and another part has taken over, what are you going to do? Who will fulfill the promise? Hypocrisy is born because when you go on trying to fulfill, pretending that you are fulfilling, then everything becomes false. Tantra says fall down deep within to the feeling center. What to do and how to fall back? These sutras, each sutra, is an effort to make you whole..
THE INTERPRETATION OF THE 48 th TECHNIQUE OF MEDITATION ;- 1-LORD SHIVA REPLIES;- ''At the start of true union keep attentive on the fire in the beginning, and so continuing, avoid the embers in the end''. Here Lord Shiva is pointing out towards "URDHWAGAMAN''for sadhak of Pravritti Marg or for householders. So we must know the meaning and sadhana of urdhwagaman...there are two option for us..Two Ways of Life. WHAT ARE THE TWO WAYS OF LIFE ?
07 FACTS;-
1-There are two option... Pravritti and Nivritti.. PRAVRITTI means to live amidst worldly duties and interests with the senses and actions directed primarily towards the external world.
NIVRITTI, on the other hand, is the path of “turning back”, the path of turning within towards spiritual contemplation, and placing God at the centre of our existence after fulfilling our familial and professional duties.
2-For as long as we live in Pravritti our thoughts turn mainly towards worldly things – to pleasure and hobbies and worrying about position, income and possessions. Initially school and education occupy our thoughts, then later profession and family. Finally, in old age we worry about our health and our inheritance.
3-To clarify this ... there are no misconceptions. It is proper and necessary for us to fulfil our responsibilities and duties to our family and society, and there is a no problem with being comfortable or prosperous. But those people who care about nothing and are totally wrapped up in MĀYĀ , and constantly run after it, behave irrationally and short-sightedly.
4-In the belief that it is absolutely essential to “create” something their efforts are persistently directed outwards. One car after another, new things constantly bought and accumulated – these are clear signs that the inner Self has still not had enough. And in spite of all the disappointments and failures is not yet “fed-up”.
5-We make a big mistake when we think our supreme goal in life is to experience and enjoy the world. What does enjoyment mean? A wise person knows that desires are never-ending. We are constantly hungry and thirsty, even if we have just eaten well. No worldly pleasures satisfy us forever. Desire soon rises anew. Only something long lasting and unchanging is able to give us true satisfaction. That which changes is unreal – only the eternal and unchanging Self is real.
6-If we follow one path we will inevitably reach where that path leads. When we turn our mind too much towards the outer world we lose contact with our inner world and to God. Therefore the only way out of
MĀYĀ is through NIVRITTI.When the children are grown we should hand over to them all our acquired possessions and gradually withdraw from active work. As we keep the mind free of worldly desires and turn towards God, “Nivritti” should predominate, not just externally but more importantly inwardly.
7-Neither money nor possessions make us inwardly rich - rather, true wealth lies in a peaceful heart and contentment. Only in Nivritti can the soul permanently quench its thirst for happiness and knowledge.
One day every human will attain perfection; though many may need several life cycles. The two ways of life described here are like two branches of a tree. The Pravritti branch bends down towards the world, whereas the Nivritti branch goes upwards towards divine consciousness.
WHAT ARE THE TWO METHODS OF KUNDALINI AWAKENING ?
10 FACTS;- 1-Kundalini Shakti is the highest and rarest life giving universal energy is represented by a coiled snake in the lowest part of spinal column the seat of Mooladhar chakra. The Kundalini experience is frequently reported to be a distinct feeling of electric current running along the spine. Generally the Kundalini Shakti remains dormant, until by specific techniques it become active.
2-The dynamic aspect of Consciousness is known as Shakti. It is Shakti that projects, maintains, and ultimately reabsorbs the universe into Herself. This means that everything is really an expression of Shakti. The
scriptures mention three types of Kundalini: Para Kundalini, Chit Kundalini, and Prana Kundalini.
3-Para Kundalini is simply the awesome power of Shakti at the universal level, also called Vimarsha in the Tantric tradition. Humans have no access to this level of Shakti. As the pure Shakti contracts(decrease in size) and condenses down from pure vibrating Consciousness to a blade of grass, She becomes Chit Kundalini, which is the consciousness at the level of the mind.
4-At a more contracted state, she becomes Prana Kundalini, which operates at the level of our body’s life-energy, our prana. Here a little bit of Shakti lies coiled at the base of the spine (this is really just symbolic) in the root chakra. That is why Kundalini is known both as the Serpent Power (coiled like a snake) and as The Residual Power, because what’s left over of the energy that creates the universe lies at the final point of creation, i.e. within matter and within the human body. 5-There are two methods of awakening Kundalini Shakti also..one for Ascetics & other for householder yogis . Kundalini awakening has been said to occur as a consequence of deep meditation which results in a feeling of enlightenment and bliss. Many systems of yoga focus on awakening Kundalini through meditation; pranayama breathing; the practice of asana and chanting of mantras. 6-Here the explanation of the working of Kundalini makes the interpretation of these two method easier: A Yogi, desirous of reaching the Supreme Brahma, is able after six months’ practice to direct the white flame of Kundalini along the conscious Uttarayana path and reach the Eternal, never to return to the created world .
7-The autonomic nervous system which is blackish in colour lies in front of the cerebro-spinal system and is called the Dakshinayana path. The cerebro-spinal system is whitish in colour and is called the Uttarayana path. Unless a conscious control over the Dakshinayana path is established, a Yogi cannot reach the desired goal.
8- While a Yogi who has no definite aim allows the black smoke of the smouldering Kundalini to go along the Dakshinayana path and in six months reaches the region of the moon, that is the moon-shaped cavity in the brain, where Udana-Prana, which controls the incoming and outgoing impulses is located. Having reached that he returns to his former self.
9-A Yogi who knows these paths has no hesitation in choosing the right one by which to reach the Eternal.A Yogi who knows the Embodied Self, rises, above all meritorious deeds prescribed in the Vedas, all sacrifices, all austerities, and even almsgiving and reaches the Supreme Abode.Kundalini is not some minor force to be manipulated by our will or our efforts.
10-Kundalini is the Divine itself.The rising of Kundalini supports and reflects the process of moving from individual consciousness to supreme Consciousness, or individual self-awareness of the body and mind to pure Awareness.Kundalini will awaken on her own time and schedule, since she Herself contains the entire universe within Her. Meditating daily, with strong inner feeling, eating healthy food, controlling our senses, living an upright moral life, and so forth, living with a big heart filled with devotion, these are the things that stimulate Her awakening. ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
WHAT IS THE MEANING OF URDHVARETAS? In yoga, it is called urdhvaretas. An urdhvareta yogi is one in whom the seminal energy has flown upwards into the brain as ojas shakti. There is then no possibility of the semen going downwards by kama. The Nivritti branch focus on complete suppression of kama;while Pravritti branch focus on sublimation i.e. transmution of energy. 18 FACTS;-
ACCORDING TO 'Swami Sivananda Saraswati';- 1-In the practice of brahmacharya, what is wanted is elimination of lust, but not suppression. Suppression of the kama urge is not eradication. You can never be free of that which is suppressed. The suppressed kama desire will attack you again and again . 2-Repression or suppression of the kama will not help you much. If lust is suppressed, it will again manifest with redoubled force when a suitable opportunity arises, when the will becomes weak, when vairagya wanes, when there is slackening in meditation or yogic sadhana, when you become weak owing to an attack of disease. 3-Do not try to run away from opposite gender ;Then Maya will chase you terribly. Try to see the Self in all forms. Remember that the Atman is genderless. 4-Ignorant people adopt foolish methods to kill the indriyas. They fail eventually. Many foolish aspirants amputate the organ of reproduction. They think that lust can be eradicated by such a procedure. Some swallow tons of nux vomica to kill this organ. They fail in their attempts to be centered in brahmacharya. The state of their mind remains the same, though they become impotent by taking nux vomica. 5-What is wanted is a judicious control of the indriyas. The indriyas should not be allowed to run riot in sensual grooves. They should not be allowed to throw us ruthlessly into the deep pit of worldliness, like the turbulent horse carrying away the rider wherever it likes. 6-Brahmacharya means control, but not suppression, of the Kama desire or force. The mind should be rendered pure by meditation, japa and prayer. If the mind is filled with sublime divine thoughts by meditation, japa, prayer and study of holy scriptures, the kama desire will be devitalized or de-energized by the withdrawal of the mind. The mind also will be made subtle. 7-From kama energy to spiritual energy....The Kama energy must be transmuted into spiritual energy or ojas shakti by the practice of japa, prayer, meditation and study of religious books. You must develop devotion and a burning desire for liberation. You must constantly meditate on the pure, immortal, genderless, bodiless, desireless Atman. Then only will the kama desire be annihilated. 8-If the kama energy is transmuted into ojas or spiritual energy by pure thoughts, it is called kama sublimation in western psychology. Sublimation is not a matter of suppression or repression, but a positive, dynamic, conversion process. It is the process of controlling the kama energy, conserving it, then diverting it into higher channels, and finally, converting it into spiritual energy or ojas shakti. 9-The material energy is changed into spiritual energy, just as heat is changed into light and electricity. Just as a chemical substance is sublimated or purified by raising the substance through heat into vapor which again is condensed into solid form, so also, the kama energy is purified and changed into divine energy by spiritual sadhana. 10-Ojas is spiritual energy that is stored up in the brain. By entertaining sublime, soul-elevating thoughts of the Self or Atman, by meditation, japa and worship, the kama energy can be transmuted into ojas shakti and stored up in the brain. This stored up energy can then be utilized for divine contemplation and spiritual pursuits. 11-Anger and muscular energy can also be transmuted into ojas. A man who has a great deal of ojas in his brain can turn out immense mental work. He is very intelligent. He has lustrous eyes and a magnetic aura in his face. He can influence people by speaking a few words. A short speech of his produces a tremendous impression on the minds of the hearers. His speech is thrilling. He has an awe-inspiring personality. 12-Sri Adi Shankara, an akhanda brahmachari, worked wonders through his power of ojas. He travelled throughout India and held controversies and heated debates in different places with learned scholars through his power of ojas. A yogi always directs his attention to the accumulation of this divine energy by unbroken chastity. 13-According to yogic science, semen exists in a subtle form throughout the whole body. It is found in a subtle state in all the cells of the body. It is withdrawn and elaborated into a gross form in the organ. An urdhvareta yogi not only converts the semen into ojas, but checks through his yogic power, through purity in thought, word and deed, the very formation of semen by the secretary cells of the testes or seeds. This is a great secret. 14-Allopaths believe that even in an urdhvareta yogi, the formation of semen goes on incessantly and that the fluid is reabsorbed into the blood. This is a mistake. They do not understand the inner yogic secrets and mysteries. They are in the dark. Their drishti or vision is concerned with the gross things of the universe. The yogi penetrates into the subtle hidden nature of things through yogic chakshu or the inner vision of wisdom. The yogi gets control over the astral nature of semen and thereby prevents the formation of the very fluid itself. 15-The body of a man who is truly an urdhvaretas has the scent of a lotus. A man who is not a brahmachari, in whom gross semen is formed, may, on the other hand, smell like a buck goat. The semen-energy ascends up to the brain. It is stored up as ojas shakti or spiritual energy and comes back as amrita or nectar. 16-Complete sublimation is achieved through ceaseless meditation on the Atman and Self-realization.That yogi or jnani who has attained the highest nirvikalpa samadhi, in whom the seeds of samskaras are fried in toto, can claim to be a perfect urdhvaretas or one who has complete kama sublimation.Adi Shankara, Guru Dattatreya, saint Jnana Deva of Alandi and others reached this stage. 17-The process of Kama sublimation is very difficult, and yet, it is most necessary for the aspirant in the spiritual path. It is the most important qualification for the sadhaka, be he in the path of Karma Yoga, Upasana, Raja Yoga or Vedanta. It is a fundamental prerequisite for an aspirant. 18-There are two kinds of force in the mind, namely, hostile or antagonistic force and friendly or favorable force. Passion is a hostile force that drags you down. Pure reason is a favorable force that elevates you and transmutes you into Divinity. ''Develop, therefore, my child, pure reason to get unalloyed bliss and supreme Brahmic knowledge. Passion will die by itself.''

THE INTERPRETATION OF THE 48th TECHNIQUE OF MEDITATION ;-
THE FIRST TECHNIQUE OF
30 FACTS;-
1-LORD SHIVA REPLIES;-
''At the start of true union keep attentive on the fire in the beginning, and so continuing, avoid the embers(a glowing fragment of coal from a fire); in the end''.
2-There are four manifest in the macrocosm as Brahman, Isvara, Hiranyagarbha, and Virat respectively.Brahman (NIRAKAR) is the Supreme Self, who is not subject to any modifications.Hiranyagarbha is the cosmic Self (SHIVLINGAM).Isvara is the Supreme Lord (SAKAR) and Virat is the world.
3-In the same way,Mind(Mann), Intelligence(Buddhi), Chitta, Ego(Ahamkaar) are part of subtle body/ling sharir and tied to individual soul also called causal body/karan sharir. There are Four Functions of subtle body ...
Manas = sensory, processing mind
Buddhi = knows, decides, judges, and discriminates
Chitta = storage of impressions
Ahamkara = "I-maker" or Ego
4-Mann is a common word for Mind. But more specifically it refers to the emotional aspect of the Mind. Whereas Buddhi, refers to the intellect, or the aspect of the mind that does discrimination (Viveka) and analyzes everything. There are the Four Kinds of of Buddhi .
THE FOUR LIMBS OF BUDDHI-
1-VIVEK
2-MEDHA
3-RITAMBHARA
4-PRAGYA
5-“At the start of true union, keep attentive on the fire in the beginning.”It means a sadhak must be careful and conscious for fire BUT UNCONSCIOUS FOR LOVE.
This is possible only when you have reached at the level of 'ritambhara'. Because 'ritambhara' state helps a sadhak to view the futility of 'fire'
6-All over the world, so much hankering, so much lust
for kama because it is transferred to the mind. It has
become mental; you think about it. The real union involves the whole being. And whenever there is any involvement of the whole, the head becomes uneasy because then it can no more be the master; it can no more be in control.
7-You are identified with the mind, and real union is a no-
mind act.You become headless; There is no reasoning, no mental process. And if there is any mental process, there
is no real union.Tantra uses the real union to make you whole, but then you have to move in it very meditatively. Then you have to move in it forgetting all that you have heard, studied about it, all that the society has told you.
8-Your every cell is a IDA-PINGLA cell; You are born out of it. your whole body is a IDA-PINGLA-energy. Forget phenomenon, everything and get involved in it in your totality. Forget to control ..Control is the barrier. Rather, be possessed by your heart; do not control it. The “no-mind” state looks like madness as per the rule of society;but this is the true & powerful state of heart. We must know that our heart is hundred time stronger than mind.
9-This first sutra says, “AT THE START OF TRUE UNION KEEP ATTENTIVE ON THE FIRE IN THE BEGINNING, AND SO CONTINUING, AVOID THE EMBERS IN THE END.” And this makes the whole difference. For general person, the kama is a release. Overflowing energy creates tensions. They feel something has to be done. When the energy is released, they feel weak. Although, they may take this weakness as relaxation.
10-But this relaxation is a negative relaxation. If you can relax just by throwing energy, it is at a very great cost. And this relaxation can only be physical. It cannot go deeper and cannot become spiritual.
11-This first sutra says don’t hanker for the end: remain with the beginning. There are two parts to the real union act ...the beginning and the end. Remain with the beginning. The beginning part is more relaxed, warm. But forget the end completely.
12-While you are overflowing, do not think in terms of release: remain with this overflowing energy. Do not seek ejaculation: forget it completely. Be whole in this warm beginning. Remain with your better half as if you have become one and Create a circle.
13-There are three possibilities. Couple meeting can create three figures ..geometrical figures. One figure is a square, another figure is a triangle and the third figure is
a circle. This is one of the old alchemical and tantric analyses of the meeting act.
14-Ordinarily, in the Couple meeting, there are four persons, not two, and this is a square: four angles are there because you yourself are divided in two ..into the thinking part and the feeling part. Your partner is also divided in two; you are four persons. Two persons are not meeting there, four persons are meeting.
15-It is a crowd, and there can be no deep meeting really. There are four corners, and the meeting is just false. It looks like a meeting, but it is not. There can be no communion because your deeper part is hidden and your better half ’s deeper part is also hidden. And only two heads are meeting, only two thinking processes are meeting — not two feeling processes i. e. - no union of heart. They are hidden.
16-The second type of meeting can be like a triangle. You are two ..two angles of the base. For a sudden moment you become one, like the third angle of the triangle. For a sudden moment your two-ness is lost and you become one.
17-But the third is the best and the third is the tantric meeting: you become a circle. There are no angles, and the meeting is not for a single moment. The meeting is really non-temporal; there is no time in it. And this can happen only if you are not seeking climax otherwise it will become a triangle meeting ; where the contact point is lost.
18-Remain with the beginning; do not move to the end. How to remain in the beginning? Many things are to be remembered. First, don’t take the meeting act as a way of going anywhere. Don’t take it as a means: it is the end in itself. There is no end to it; it is not a means.
19-Secondly, do not think of the future; remain with the present. And if you cannot remain in the present in the beginning part of the meeting act, then you can never remain in the present .. because the very nature of the act is such that you are thrown into the present.
20-Remain in the present. Enjoy the meeting of two hearts, two souls, and merge into each other, melt into each other. Forget that you are going anywhere. Remain in the moment going nowhere, and melt. Warmth, love, should be made a situation for two persons to melt into each other.
21-That is why, if there is no love, the meeting act is a hurried act. You are using the other; the other is just a means. And the other is using you. You are exploiting each other, not merging into each other. With love you can merge. This merging in the beginning will give many new insights.
22-If you are not in a hurry to finish the union, the act, by and by, becomes more and more spiritual.A deep, silent communion happens between two body energies, and then you can remain for hours together. The images of Sri Radhe-Krishna are the best examples of this union.
23-This togetherness moves deeper and deeper as time passes. But don’t think. Remain with the moment deeply merged. It becomes an ecstasy, a samadhi, cosmic consciousness. And if you can know this, if you can feel and realize this, your kamic mind will become non- kamic. A very deep BRAHMACHARYA, CELIBACY, can be attained. Celibacy can be attained through it ..
24-This looks paradoxical because we have been always thinking in terms that if a person has to remain celibate he must not look at the other gender, he must not meet the other gender . He /she must avoid, escape. A very false celibacy happens then: the mind goes on thinking about the other gender. And the more you escape from the other, the more you have to think, because this is a basic, deep need.
25-Tantra says do not try to escape; there is no escape possible. Rather, use nature itself to transcend. Don’t fight: accept nature in order to transcend it. If this communion with your better half is prolonged with no end in mind, then you can just remain in the beginning. Excitement is energy. You can lose it; you can come to a peak. Then the energy is lost and a depression will follow, a weakness will follow. You may take it as relaxation, but it is negative.
26-Tantra gives you a dimension of a higher relaxation which is positive. Both partners melting with each other give vital energy to each other. They become a circle, and their energy begins to move in a circle. They are giving life to each other, renewing life. No energy is lost. Rather, more energy is gained because through the contact with the opposite gender your every cell is challenged. It becomes a meditation, and through it you become
whole. Through it your split personality is no more split: it is bridged.
27-All neurosis is a “splitness.” If you are bridged again, you become again a child ...innocent. And once you know this innocence you can go on behaving in your society as it requires. But now this behavior is just a drama, an acting. You are not involved in it. It is a requirement, so you do it. But you are not in it; you are just acting.
28-You will have to use unreal faces because you live in an unreal world; otherwise the world will crush you and kill you. We have killed many real faces. We crucified Jesus because he started behaving like a real man. The unreal society will not tolerate it.
29-We poisoned Socrates because he started behaving like a real man. Behave as the society requires; do not create unnecessary troubles for yourself and others. But once you know your real being and the wholeness, the unreal society cannot drive you neurotic; it cannot make you mad.
30-“AT THE START OF TRUE UNION KEEP ATTENTIVE ON THE FIRE IN THE BEGINNING, AND SO CONTINUING, AVOID THE EMBERS IN THE END”. IF CLIMAX is there, energy is dissipated. Then there is no more fire. You are simply relieved of your energy without gaining anything.
A very deep BRAHMACHARYA, CELIBACY is not the thing of one day ..it can be achieved through a process of mantra shakti after the age of forty...
.....SHIVOHAM.....
